Loft centro de la ciudad

Very good location Positive: I like the location, it's close to everything important. We were lucky, we booked the Christmas 2025 week and the bar downstairs was closed. It's not the quietest place, but it is not the noisiest, it's understandable because it's a city center. There is a new Carrefour Express very close. Negative: The place was smelling of cigarettes. We kept our clothes in our luggage during the stay. We found a bunch of cigarettes butts in the ashtray. The smell was like someone just smoked inside the room, something forbidden. The place was not very clean and the sofas, one is peeling and the other is dirty. The kitchen facility is dirty, I have found forks and spoons with a rest of dried food.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm außer diesem Geräuschpegel Positive: Die Luft war sehr geräumig das Bett war sehr bequem und es war alles vorhanden, was man so gebraucht hat. Negative: Der Geräuschpegel am Freitag, Samstag. Unter unserer Loft war eine Disco und dementsprechend war es sehr sehr laut. Die Treppen waren leider steil eng, so dass man Probleme hatte mit den Koffern um die Ecken zu kommen

Beautiful, spacious loft with great amenities, but severe noise issues and inconsistent cleanliness make it hard to trul Positive: The loft is very spacious, bright, and nicely decorated. Even though it’s technically a studio (one open space), it feels big and has a really great atmosphere. On arrival, our first impression was excellent. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is a big plus. The AC actually worked very well despite other reviews mentioning issues. The TV has Prime and Netflix available for free, which was a really nice extra touch and much appreciated. Linen and towels were clean, smelled good, and were comfortable. The living area sofas are stylish, and the kitchen had some basic essentials like salt and pepper. Overall, the place has a lot of potential. Negative: Unfortunately, the noise was a major issue. There is a partying club directly below the apartment, and the noise from people screaming and partying is extremely loud until around 4am. It was hard to even hear the TV in the evening. The earplugs next to the bed were a bit of a warning sign- which sadly made sense once the party started around 9-10pm. While guests are told no noise is allowed after 10pm and no visitors are permitted, the outside noise completely contradicts this. Cleanliness was inconsistent: the oven was very dirty with crumbs and clearly not cleaned for a long time. Other kitchen utensils were greasy and needed to be cleaned again before use. Carpets had noticeable hair and crumbs -not extreme, but not what I’d expect when paying for accommodation via a platform. One of the sofas needs replacing, as the fake leather is crumbling and leaves pieces on clothes and skin when you sit on it. The shower was also disappointing: after about 5 minutes, the water went from warm/boiling to ice cold.

Great space but too noisy Positive: Location to all attractions/city. All within walking distance Negative: The NOISE from the nightclub downstairs is horrendous. We were aware from other reviews that it was noisy, we are not light sleepers so wasn’t overly concerned but it surpassed all expectations. On until 4am plus noise from revellers outside window. Shame as apartment was perfect in all other ways
